surveillance products can be used alone or integrated
with other security products to significantly enhance
the overall security of national borders.
Receiving input
from cameras positioned to monitor secured areas,
VINCI Systems can be configured to automatically
alert surveillance personnel should anyone enter
any such area. Easy-to-use settings permit a high
degree of accuracy, eliminating false alarms while
missing nothing.
VINCI Systems can detect - and alert security personnel
to - the presence of an object which appears and
stays without movement. This can have importance
in detecting terrorist actions.
VINCI Systems can automatically shift to a night
and/or weekend configuration, providing surveillance
personnel with realtime information across the entire
surveilled area.
Over a thousand 256-camera VINCI Systems can be
integrated into a single system and the entire system
can be simultaneously recorded and monitored externally
from a single location (and from anywhere in the
world) using either an Internet connection or any
other communication link.
If surveillance personnel do not respond to an alarm
within a pre-set time (say 10 seconds), the VINCI
System can be configured to direct the alarm notification
to a second (and even third) security monitoring
station.
